Hotel
Registration does not include a hotel room. Attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel room at ASDA’s authorized hotel, Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. ASDA staff will not be responsible for assigning hotel rooms and roommates. The cutoff date to reserve your hotel at the discounted meeting rate is Thursday, October 17.
Rate: $249.00++ for queen/double rooms
IMPORTANT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION: If the credit card used to reserve your room at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is not in your name or you will not be attending NLC, you will need to complete an online credit card authorization form. This includes personal, chapter or university credit cards. This will ensure that you authorize the guests listed in your reservation to use the credit card on file to pay for their room during their stay.

Check-in at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place begins at 3 p.m., with check-out at Noon.
What To Bring
All attendees should pack the essentials they normally would for travel, along with the following items:
- Something for note-taking, such as a notebook/pen or a tablet
- A water bottle
Portable chargers are also encouraged.
Meeting Attire
Business professional attire should be worn during all sessions on Friday and Saturday (e.g. suits, skirts or dresses). Business casual attire should be worn during Sunday sessions. Make sure to dress in layers as meeting room temperatures tend to fluctuate.
Travel
Attendees must book their own travel to Chicago. The conference begins at 8 a.m. on Friday, November 8 and ends at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 10. Please book your travel accordingly.
Flights
Midway International Airport (MDW) is about 10 miles from the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is about 19 miles from the venue. Taxis and various rideshare options are available at both airports. To reduce costs, consider taking public transit.
