Michael Jerkins, MD, M.Ed

Michael-Jerkins-sqMichael is a practicing physician in Little Rock, Arkansas as well as the president and co-founder of Panacea Financial, a bank built for doctors, by doctors. After earning his BBA in Economics he deferred his medical school acceptance to teach middle school science in the Phoenix, Arizona area while also earning his Masters in Education from Arizona State University. He then completed medical school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center before finishing his residency at University of Cincinnati Medical Center and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. With a faculty position and board certifications in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, Michael is able to treat patients of all ages and teach medical trainees in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Rob Borcherding, Regional Healthcare Manager

Rob-BorcherdingRob Borcherding is a Regional Healthcare Manager with Panacea Financial and is based out of the Western Side of the Twin Cities, MN. He started his career with Norwest Bank as a teller in 1999, and over his 25+ years, he's held various management positions in Consumer Finance, Retail Banking, and Healthcare Lending. He holds a BS and BA from University of St. Thomas, where he triple majored in International Economics, International Business - German Intensive and General Business Management.

At Panacea, Rob is a regional and nationwide consultant to doctors or students interested in private practice or in need of doctor-specific consumer banking and lending.
