Ruchir has been with BMO for just over six years and in the management role for over four years. He started as an RRB in 2017 and was recognized as a 2018 Top Performer. Ruchir was then nominated for the Branch Manager Development Program in 2019 and completed his cornerstone/capstone training in Toronto. He officially became a Bank Manager in July of 2019.
