Join us for a dialogue and discussion about diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) resources and tools for your chapter and district. During this roundtable, you’ll learn about DEI insights shared by your peers in the 2020 member survey and listening sessions, and how you can utilize that information to support your chapter members. We’ll also share best practices for having conversations about DEI topics that you’ll have a chance to apply during breakout group discussions.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
- Define diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Consider ways to apply DEI data and feedback from the 2020 national member survey at the local level.
- Access resources available to all ASDA members.
- Practice discussing DEI topics in a respectful and productive manner.
