Resolved, that the Bylaws Article IV, Section 5. Term be amended to read as follows:
An elected or appointed leader serves the term specified in leadership application materials.
Members appointed to ADA councils or the ASDA delegation to the ADA House of Delegates serve the terms specified by the ADA.
