Resolved, that ASDA’s Bylaws Article VIII. Standing Committees be amended to read as follows:
Article VIII. Standing Committees
Standing committees of the association are councils, work groups and the Editorial Board. The Board of Trustees appoints these council chairs and associates, work group chairs and the Editorial Board members. The Executive Committee assigns board members to all standing committees. and work groups.
