2016 Governance Reference Committee
Resolved, that ASDA’s Bylaws Article IV Leadership, Section 4. Eligibility be amended to read as follows:
Section 4. Eligibility
A member is eligible for election or appointment to a national leadership position if he/she is a member in good standing with his/her school and chapter, consents to candidacy and submits an application and required materials to the executive director by an established deadline.
Candidates who apply for an officer position may not apply for any other national leadership position during the same application cycle.
