Resolved, that Article VII, Section 3, Subsection C ‘District Trustee’ be amended to read as follows:
C. District Trustee
A district elects a trustee at ASDA Annual Session in accordance with the procedures found in the district’s caucus rules. Election ballots must be returned to the secretary of the House of Delegates following election.
