The meeting hotel is the L’Enfant Plaza Hotel, 480 L'Enfant Plaza SW, Washington, D.C. 20024. The deadline to make reservations in the ASDA room block was March 13. If you need assistance finding housing, please contact Meghan Keelean at Meghan@ASDAnet.org. 

How do I get there?

Chapters are responsible for coordinating their own transportation to and from Washington, D.C. Attendees can arrive anytime on Sunday, April 14. Attendees should schedule flights to leave at least 2.5 hours after their last Congressional appointment. Allow time to get back to the hotel from the Hill to collect luggage and then get to the airport. Return flights should be scheduled in the late afternoon or evening. Super Shuttle is available for transportation from all three area airports to the hotel. Make your reservations online. Washington, D.C. is accessible via bus and train from many east coast cities. Check out Bolt Bus, Megabus and Amtrak for economical travel options.

The hotel is conveniently connected to the L’Enfant Plaza metro station on the blue, orange, green and yellow lines. For additional information about the Metro and fare information, visit www.wmata.com.

• From Reagan National Airport (DCA), take the Yellow line toward Fort Totten and get off at L’Enfant Plaza metro station. The trip takes about 10 minutes. Cost: about $2 (varies by time of day).
• From Dulles Airport (IAD), take the 5A bus toward L’Enfant Plaza metro station, and get off at the L’Enfant Plaza metro station. The trip takes about 50 minutes. Cost: $6.
• From Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI), take the B30 bus toward Greenbelt metro station. At the Greenbelt station, transfer to the Green Line toward Branch Ave. Get off at the L’Enfant Plaza metro station. The trip takes about an hour or more. Cost: about $8.25.
