For Predoctoral or Predental Members

Hotel Package: $870

Package includes
  • Shared hotel room with another attendee of the same gender for check-in on Wednesday, March 2 and check-out on Sunday, March 6
  • Entrance to all educational sessions and House of Delegates meetings
  • Dental Expo with 60 companies
  • Admission to Opening Ceremonies, Gold Crown Awards and the President’s Gala
  • Meals: Breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and dinner on Saturday night

1 hotel room = 2 hotel registration packages. Each individual student who wants to stay at the hotel must register for the hotel package. If you have a roommate preference, specify when prompted during registration. 

 

Local Package (no hotel stay): $565

Package includes:
  • Entrance to all educational sessions and House of Delegates meetings
  • Dental Expo with 60 companies
  • Admission to Opening Ceremonies, Gold Crown Awards and the President’s Gala
  • Meals: Breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and dinner on Saturday night
 

For Predental Members Only

Daily Package: $200 per day (Thursday, Friday or Saturday only)

  • Entrance to all educational sessions and House of Delegates meetings on selected day
  • Meals: Breakfast, refreshment breaks, and lunch on selected day

Details:

Daily Meals

Thursday: Breakfast, AM coffee break, lunch, PM coffee and snack
Friday: Breakfast, AM coffee break, lunch, PM coffee and snack
Saturday: Breakfast, AM coffee break, lunch, PM coffee and snack, plated dinner

Meals not included: Meals on Wednesday and dinner on Thursday and Friday.

Other expenses not included:

  • Airfare to and from Dallas
  • Transportation from either Dallas airport
  • Meals/snacks at the airport
  • Baggage fees
  • Parking
  • Transportation to and from evening events
  • Social events after hours
 

Payment, Substitution & Cancellation Policy

Registrations must be paid in full by Feb. 22. Registrants who have a remaining balance after Feb. 22 will be required to pay on site or provide proof of payment before being granted access to the conference and are not guaranteed registration materials.

Substitutions can be made by filling out this form and sending it to Kelsey Hays, meetings coordinator at Kelsey@ASDAnet.org. Substitutions received after Feb. 16 are subject to a $25 substitution fee.

All cancellation requests must be sent to Kelsey@ASDAnet.org by Feb. 22 to receive a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received after Feb. 22 are not eligible for refund. Refunds will be made via the method that the registration was paid for.
